The Ministry has approved three pricing levels for these civil association programs, which include meals but exclude airfare: Level One is 480,000 EGP (5-star hotels near the Grand Mosque), Level Two is 300,000 EGP (hotels approximately 750 meters away), and Level Three is 255,000 EGP (hotels approximately 1,500 meters away). Winners may verify their status on the official Egyptian Hajj Unified Portal using their national ID.

To further prepare for the 1448 AH (2027) season, Minister of Social Solidarity Maya Morsy signed a ‘comprehensive package’ protocol. This agreement, managed by the National Foundation for Facilitating Hajj, aims to enhance service quality for pilgrims from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) by coordinating logistics, accommodation, and travel with service providers in Saudi Arabia.
