A joint initiative by the Ministries of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports and Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy provides ferry ticket discounts of 20% to 50% to assist newly appointed teachers in relocating to assigned areas. Specific company offers include a 30% discount from Dodekanisos Seaways and 50% discounts from Seajets and Levante Ferries Group for both passenger and vehicle tickets. Other providers, including Fast Ferries, Golden Star Ferries, and Skyros Shipping Co., offer varying discounts between 20% and 30%.
