Eighty‑two point four percent of its students achieved satisfactory or advanced language scores, 5.5 points above the national mean, and 64.3 % met the math standard, 9.3 points higher than the national average. The governor credited extended school days, expanded rural connectivity and intensified teacher training. The Ministry noted 99 % school coverage and 88 % student participation (52,398 pupils in 1,724 schools).
Mendoza also recorded a language surge—78.5 % at satisfactory level, a 13‑year high—while its mathematics outcomes remained problematic, with 19.3 % below basic, marginally better than the national 20.2 %.
Education officials view the province‑level gains as evidence that coordinated reforms are bearing fruit, but they stress that the overall math gap remains and that continued consolidation and expansion of successful policies are essential.
