This cluster aims to support the full lifecycle of content intellectual property—including webtoons, broadcasting, and gaming—by linking assets such as Ilsan Techno Valley, K-Culture Valley, and KINTEX into a unified industrial ecosystem. To advance these goals, Mayor Min recently held her first official policy meeting with four local National Assembly members to address 20 key agenda items. These discussions included the normalization of K-Culture Valley, the extension of Incheon Line 2 to Goyang, and the establishment of Hyangdong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line.
