His sons, Kasim and Sulaiman Khan, have alleged that their father is being “slowly killed” due to cruel treatment driven by a “personal grudge” held by Army Chief Asim Munir. They reported that Khan is confined to a small cell without human contact, denied access to new books, and restricted from seeing family or neutral medical professionals.
