Overview

Additionally, AMSCG has warned motorists of landslide risks in canyons and gorges due to weather conditions.

Newer regional modernization efforts include a nearly 968,000 euro investment by the Ministry of Public Works to adapt the road from Velje Duboko to Kapetanovo Jezero. Work is also progressing on the 11-kilometer Andrijevica-Jošanica route and the 11 million euro Veruša-Lopate connection. Preparatory works have commenced on the €237.5 million Budva bypass, specifically the Markovići – Lastva Grbaljska section. Additionally, Monteput has received 22 bids for the Smokovac–Tološi section of the Bar–Boljare highway, while the government has approved land expropriation in Kotor, Budva, Bar, and Ulcinj for various bypass and reconstruction projects.
