Starting September 7, 2026, OPEKA began redistributing unused vouchers for social, medical, and excursion tourism, as well as theater tickets. This redistribution occurs at KEP locations on a first-come, first-served basis for applicants who were not selected in the initial 2026 lottery. Individuals who failed to collect previously awarded vouchers by August 31, 2026, remain ineligible. For social and medical tourism, priority is determined by the original application's order of preference, whereas theater ticket eligibility does not use preference order. To claim tourism vouchers, applicants must first secure a reservation with a participating provider and enter details into the OPEKA ‘Room Reservation Entry’ application before visiting a KEP on the same day. Regarding the A21 child allowance, the OPEKA electronic platform is scheduled to close temporarily on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 18:00 to facilitate payment settlements. The fourth installment, covering July–August, is due on September 30, 2026.
