The men’s senior team faced a more turbulent VNL campaign. After training in Ottawa, they secured wins against Germany, Turkey, and the USA, but also suffered losses to France, Ukraine, and Japan. They concluded their inter-continental phase in Osaka with a win over China, finishing second in the standings before heading to the Macau finals.

Youth and beach volleyball remain highly active. The U-18 women’s team captured European gold in Riga, while the U-22 women also secured a European title in The Hague. In the U-17 women’s World Championship, the team advanced to the round of 16 after defeating Peru. Beach volleyball teams competed in the CEV Nations Cup in Budapest, with the women’s pairs performing strongly in the group stages. Additionally, the women’s sitting volleyball team competed in the World Championships in Hangzhou, recording a win over France before a loss to Brazil.
