Throughout the program, officials emphasized that while rapid service response is vital, individual preparedness and practical knowledge are essential components of effective crisis management and national security.

Building on these preparedness efforts, Poland is now developing a National Evacuation Plan to coordinate civilian movement during wars, threats of war, or natural disasters. Drafted by the Government Security Centre (RCB) in cooperation with the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, the plan aims to ensure civilian evacuation routes do not conflict with military equipment or emergency services. The plan will integrate regional procedures and define routes via road, rail, water, and limited air travel. This initiative follows a February 2026 memorandum signed in Stockholm between Poland and nine other nations regarding the temporary movement of civilians across borders during serious crises.
