Municipalities are further expanding safety and traffic management. Cheonan City will operate a general situation room from September 24 to 27, deploying 163 employees to manage disaster response, price stability, and transportation, while maintaining 24-hour emergency medical guidance. In Incheon, authorities have designated September 19 to October 5 as a special period for visiting ancestral graves. To manage congestion at Incheon Family Park, general vehicle access will be prohibited on September 25 from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with ten free shuttle buses provided for visitors.
