Media coverage was extensive, involving 575 journalists from 237 outlets. Additionally, the proceedings included nightly drone light shows projecting the faces of NU founders.

During his closing address, President Prabowo discussed government economic strategies, specifically the restructuring of state-owned enterprises (BUMN). He reported that the government has closed 290 unprofitable BUMNs, saving an estimated 50 trillion rupiah, and aims to close at least 700 more by the end of 2026. The Muktamar also produced a legal commission recommendation requesting that the Indonesian government stop using education budgets for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program by the 2027 fiscal year.
