The athlete also described a pattern of behavior involving Jones using flattering language, such as calling him “beautiful man” and “special,” and sending weekly flowers for several years. During cross-examination, the complainant was questioned regarding discrepancies between his police statements and court testimony, though he maintained the incidents occurred. Jones denies all allegations.
