Union Minister for Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat opened a cultural festival emphasizing peace and inclusive development. Working‑group discussions produced proposals on the creative economy, AI ethics, an artist registry, a heritage provenance hub and a digital knowledge platform, culminating in Sanchi Cultural Connect Declaration. India announced it will host the 18th BRICS summit in New Delhi later that year.
