Amidst these logistical challenges, former Minister of Pre-University Education and Literacy, Professor Bano Barry, criticized systemic vulnerabilities in the national examination process, highlighting issues such as subject leaks and fraudulent candidates.

Following the conclusion of the exams, Guinea released results for its first-ever Baccalauréat remedial session. The national success rate for this second-chance session reached 52.41%, notably higher than the 38.08% recorded during the initial ordinary session. Out of 20,763 registered candidates, 20,004 sat for the exams, resulting in 10,484 admissions. Female candidates achieved a 55.55% success rate, outperforming males at 49.83%. By discipline, experimental sciences saw a 57.68% success rate, while mathematical sciences recorded 40.84%.
