Overview

Water utilities continue an intensive upgrade programme through July 2026, with Águas do Rio finishing 36 Guandu interventions, Araras replacing 30 km of iron mains, and Porto Alegre installing temporary dikes and submersible pumps. Municipalities have broadened actions to large-scale clean-up, drainage, and environmental work.
